Culinary Evening

Café Benjamine invites you to a culinary evening. It starts with a welcome drink and an exclusive guided tour of the current exhibition I know that I can double myself – Gisèle Vienne and the Puppets of the Avant-garde at the Georg Kolbe Museum. Meeting point is shortly before 18:00 at the fire bowl. Our kitchen will spoil you with Austrian delicacies: A fantastic 5-course menu with moderated wine accompaniment awaits you – as usual, all organic.

This time we have Demeter winemaker Leo Uibel from the Weinviertel region as our guest: He will guide you through the evening with a variety of his wines and give insights into the philosophy of biodynamic viticulture, the importance of manual labor and traditional knowledge, how viticulture – without chemical-synthetic aids – can protect groundwater, improve soil conditions and promote biodiversity and how biodynamics has an impact on the taste and quality of the wine in our glasses.
