Culinary Evening
Café Benjamine invites you to a culinary evening. We will start with an exclusive guided tour through the current exhibition I know that I can double myself – Gisèle Vienne and the dolls of the avant-garde in the Georg Kolbe Museum. Meeting point is shortly before 18:00 at the fire bowl. Following the visit to the current exhibition, a 5-course menu with interpretations of French cuisine awaits you, accompanied by wines from Bioland winemaker Anna Weinreuter.
Anna Weinreuter will guide you through the culinary evening with a selection of her wines and provide insights into the philosophy of her family winery. Along with delicious interpretations of French cuisine, we will learn about the importance of circular economy in the winery and she will take us into the wonderful world of “wines of the future”: New, sustainable grape varieties for sustainable viticulture! What makes grape varieties resistant, what do Angus cattle have to do with organic wine and why do sheep run around in the vineyard? We will find out all this on February 14.
