Tactile Tour

Using the museum’s sculpture garden as an example, the tactile tour focuses on the garden as a place of cultural identity at the interface between nature and culture. The site-specific artistic work by Hoda Tawakol questions the role of plants in our environment for the formation of identity. Where does culture begin, where does nature end and where – but also how – do we locate ourselves as humans in this theoretical construct?
