Experimental printing

There is much to discover in the Georg Kolbe Museum, a former artist’s studio from the 1920s. The sculptor drew, painted and worked with clay and plaster on his sculptures in this idyllic place in the middle of the pine forest. On three Sundays in summer, the garden of the Georg Kolbe Museum is transformed into a workshop and invites families* to engage in artistic activities.

The workshop focuses on experimental work with a wide range of materials. The artists Anke Göhring and Irina Novarese introduce the various possibilities of printing. Plants, stones and objects from the museum garden will also be used.
