Curator's guide

The exhibition Tilla Durieux – A Century Witness and Her Roles can now be seen at the Georg Kolbe Museum after a first stop at the Leopold Museum in Vienna. The curator will take a deeper look at the person Tilla Durieux, celebrated actress during her lifetime and the most portrayed woman of her era, as well as her roles in the joint tour and explain background information on the creation of the numerous artworks about Tilla Durieux. Thus, the dazzling personality and stations of her eventful life become tangible.
