Prof. Dr Jessica Ullrich is a substitute professor for art history and aesthetics at the Kunstakademie Münster. Her research interests include animal-human relations in the arts and aesthetics. She is the editor of Tierstudien, the first academic journal for Animal Studies in Germany. Among other things, the lecture will deal with the question of how animals can be taken seriously in the future as creative actors in their power to shape the world.
